the staff are friendly and approachable. i love the buffet breakfast , it was filling. great location right across from a tram stop.

the room was really small , and to get into the bathroom , i had to go in sideways. my husband could not use the toilet , so he used the main hotel toilets , which were fine.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Definite Issues

The breakfast buffet provided a decent selection of food.

The room felt quite small, and the bathroom was EXTREMELY cramped with no ventilation. This was a major drawback. I requested a double room, but I was given a twin room instead. There was no advance notification that a double room wasn't available. The parking situation was also challenging.

i enjoyed the excellent food including both breakfast and dinner. the friendly staff were always available to help. i appreciated hearing the cabaret from my room when i was too tired to go to the ballroom. one bar staff member gave helpful advice in choosing my drinks.

super clean room amazing staff chilled atmosphere adult pool times small pool low quality display

the food had plenty of options and tasted lovely. the rooms were super clean i appreciated that. the staff were amazing and the place had a nice chilled atmosphere.

i didn't like how there weren't any times just for adults to use the pool the older kids weren't looking at what they were doing. the pool isn't big enough for the amount of people using it certain families hog it. the tv is really low quality display and small screen size

The staff were very helpful, offering assistance whenever needed. food in the restaurant stood out. It tasted really good and was prepared with great care. i particularly enjoyed the variety of entertainment options available each evening. There was something for everyone.

The noise from the adjacent rooms was noticeable, especially during peak hours. i could hear conversations and tv sounds. This impacted the overall sense of privacy.

mobility scooter gluten-free options leisure facilities delicious breakfast

i traveled with my disabled mum who uses a mobility scooter. the scooter could access all areas, the room included. breakfast was delicious with clear gluten-free options for my coeliac condition. the leisure facilities were suitable for both kids and adults.

the room's small tv was hard to see from the bed.
