the staff are friendly and approachable. i love the buffet breakfast , it was filling. great location right across from a tram stop.
the room was really small , and to get into the bathroom , i had to go in sideways. my husband could not use the toilet , so he used the main hotel toilets , which were fine.

The breakfast buffet provided a decent selection of food.
The room felt quite small, and the bathroom was EXTREMELY cramped with no ventilation. This was a major drawback. I requested a double room, but I was given a twin room instead. There was no advance notification that a double room wasn't available. The parking situation was also challenging.

the food had plenty of options and tasted lovely. the rooms were super clean i appreciated that. the staff were amazing and the place had a nice chilled atmosphere.
i didn't like how there weren't any times just for adults to use the pool the older kids weren't looking at what they were doing. the pool isn't big enough for the amount of people using it certain families hog it. the tv is really low quality display and small screen size

The staff were very helpful, offering assistance whenever needed. food in the restaurant stood out. It tasted really good and was prepared with great care. i particularly enjoyed the variety of entertainment options available each evening. There was something for everyone.
The noise from the adjacent rooms was noticeable, especially during peak hours. i could hear conversations and tv sounds. This impacted the overall sense of privacy.
